This Refund Policy governs the subscription fees for the Reskot service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to this policy.

1. General Terms

Due to the nature of our digital SaaS product, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription plan is activated and the service has been used. All payments are final.

2. Free Trial

If a free trial period is offered, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial period is over and you have been charged for a subscription plan, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

3. No Refunds for Partial Use

We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused months. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Any setup fees, one-time charges, and payment gateway processing fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Service Downtime

Service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or unforeseen technical issues do not automatically entitle you to a refund. Credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Any refund, if offered, will be at the sole discretion of Pragati Path Solutions. A refund is not a right. We may consider exceptional circumstances, but this does not create an obligation to issue a refund in any given situation.
